Return Policy
As soon as you receive your invitations, please check them carefully and let us know of any problems immediately. If there is a mistake in your order we will compare the item to the order form you submitted.
*Please Note: Custom printed items are not returnable.*

If the mistake was made by us or the printer, we will quickly have the order reprinted and shipped at no charge.

If a customer error gets printed, we will work with you to reprint the item at our wholesale cost, plus shipping.

*Please* proofread your order carefully and print a copy for your records. While we do take the time to look over each order before submitting it for printing, we cannot guarantee that we will catch all customer errors. We highly recommend that you review our section on Avoiding Order Errors before ordering. If you are unsure about the style or quality of a particular invitation, please order sample invitations first.

Changes and Cancellation Policy
Should you need to change or cancel an order, please let us know immediately. Most orders are processed quickly, so changes and cancellations are not always possible. If we have not already submitted your order to the printer, we will gladly make the change or cancel your order at no charge. If your order has been submitted to the printer but has not yet been printed, charges may apply depending on what stage your order is in. If your order has already been printed, changes or cancellations will not be possible and no refunds will be issued.

Sales Tax
Only Texas residents will be charged sales tax.
